The TVD Root HodThe TVD Shamanic "Root Hod"

This is a very shamanic hod. The inlaid, hammered copper trough forms a miniature waterway if you begin pouring liquid at the shallow end. It definitely puts you in the flow should you wish to do this as a little sacred ceremony. And then, place some sweet grass or herbs into the spiraling hole (see details on Website) to complete the honoring cycle, water as the beginning and the herbs as the harvest. That spiraling orifice is also an opening into the greater reality, in the shamanic sense, and with candle light nearby on your altar, you can find yourself traveling through it at the start of a journey of discovery.
